Umabot sa P50.139 billion ang nakolekta ng Bureau of Customs (BoC) noong Hunyo. Mas mataas ito ng 42% kaysa sa P35.417 billion na kinita ng ahensya noong nakaraang taon sa parehas na buwan.
"This achievement is attributed not only to the consistent diligence of all BoC ports in terms of collection but also to the continuing application of correct valuation and tariff classification of goods,"sabi ni Custon Chief Isidro Lapeña.
Kung susumahin ang kita ng ahensiya mula sa simula ng 2018, aabot na ito ng P280.33 billion.
